Threat Analyst, EMEA
We are seeking a Threat Analyst, EMEA, to support the identification, assessment and communication of cyber threats affecting the organisation’s people, systems and operations across the region. You will monitor intelligence sources, security alerts and emerging attack trends to identify relevant risks, helping stakeholders understand potential impact and take appropriate action. This role will suit an analytical professional who can translate complex technical information into clear, practical advice for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities include collecting, validating and analysing threat intelligence from open-source, commercial and internal sources; tracking threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise; and producing timely briefings, alerts, reports and assessments. You will contribute to incident investigations by providing contextual intelligence, support detection and response teams with actionable findings, and maintain accurate records within relevant intelligence and security platforms. The role will also involve collaborating with colleagues across security operations, incident response, risk, technology and business functions throughout EMEA. You may be expected to identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection priorities, develop monitoring requirements and contribute to continuous improvements in analytical processes and reporting.
Applicants should have experience in cyber threat intelligence, security analysis, incident response, SOC operations or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of threat intelligence principles, the cyber kill chain, common attack techniques and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK is important. Experience analysing indicators, malware or adversary behaviour, along with familiarity with SIEM, case management, threat intelligence or automation tools, would be advantageous. You should demonstrate excellent research, critical-thinking and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure and present findings with confidence. Professional certifications in cybersecurity, intelligence or related disciplines are welcome but not essential. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages and experience working across multiple countries or time zones would be beneficial.
