We are seeking a Product Support, IT & Security Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across customer-facing products, internal systems and core IT services. You will act as a trusted point of contact for investigating and resolving technical issues, helping users and customers to get the most from their software and technology. The role combines product support, systems administration and security engineering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a broad technical landscape and taking ownership of problems from initial report through to resolution.
Your responsibilities will include triaging and troubleshooting product issues, analysing logs and system behaviour, reproducing faults, and working with engineering teams to identify and implement fixes. You will manage support requests, maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-base content, user guidance and operational procedures. You will also help administer cloud services, identity and access management, endpoint devices, networks and collaboration tools. Security responsibilities will include monitoring alerts, supporting vulnerability management, reviewing access controls, assisting with incident response and promoting secure working practices across the organisation. You will contribute to improving monitoring, automation, resilience and the overall quality of the support function.
We are looking for experience in a technical support, IT operations, systems engineering or security-focused role, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting across applications, operating systems, networks and cloud environments. Familiarity with ticketing systems, APIs, authentication technologies, security tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python would be beneficial. You should be analytical, well organised and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to prioritise competing demands, explain complex issues clearly and work collaboratively with development and operational teams is essential. Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT, cloud technologies, networking or cyber security are welcome, alongside a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
