We are seeking an experienced Privacy Product Lead to join a fast-paced, internationally focused team on a 12-month contract. This is an influential role responsible for shaping and delivering privacy products, services and capabilities across the EMEA region. You will work at the intersection of product management, privacy, legal, technology and commercial teams, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions that support customer trust and business growth.

You will define and maintain the regional privacy product strategy, roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and evolving legislation. Responsibilities will include identifying market and customer needs; gathering and prioritising requirements; developing business cases; managing product discovery and delivery; and overseeing products throughout their lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional projects, establish measurable outcomes, monitor performance and use customer and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in product management, privacy, data protection, compliance or a closely related discipline, ideally within a technology, financial services or other regulated environment. You will bring a strong understanding of European privacy and data protection requirements, including practical experience applying GDPR principles to products and processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures. You should be comfortable operating with autonomy, managing competing priorities and turning ambiguity into clear, deliverable plans. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on privacy capabilities across EMEA while contributing to a high-profile transformation programme.
