The role will involve analysing logs from cloud, network, identity and application platforms, contributing to threat-hunting activities and helping to improve detection rules and monitoring coverage. You will prepare clear incident reports, maintain accurate case records and contribute to post-incident reviews. You may also assist with vulnerability assessments, security testing, audit evidence and the development of operational playbooks and knowledge articles.

Applicants should have experience in a security operations, incident response, IT support or related technical environment, together with a sound understanding of cyber security principles, common attack techniques and the incident lifecycle. The position may include shift work, on-call responsibilities or out-of-hours monitoring, depending on operational requirements. In return, you will have opportunities for professional development, hands-on exposure to modern security technologies and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to organisational resilience.
