Partner Manager (Cybersecurity)
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager (Cybersecurity) to develop and manage strategic relationships with technology partners, channel organisations and specialist service providers. This role will be responsible for strengthening the partner ecosystem, identifying mutual growth opportunities and enabling partners to deliver secure, high-quality solutions to customers.
You will create and execute partner engagement plans aligned with business objectives, supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development. Working closely with sales, marketing, product and technical teams, you will identify opportunities for joint propositions, co-selling, referrals, events and campaigns. You will also ensure partners have access to the appropriate training, enablement materials, certifications and technical resources.
Key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of strategic partners, setting shared targets and tracking performance against agreed objectives. You will develop trusted relationships at operational and senior levels, conduct regular business reviews and identify actions to improve revenue, pipeline contribution, customer satisfaction and retention. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, competitor activity and changes in the cybersecurity landscape to inform partnership strategy.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances or business development within cybersecurity, cloud, networking or a related technology environment. You should understand cybersecurity solutions and the challenges faced by organisations seeking to protect systems, data and users. Experience of working with distributors, resellers, managed service providers or technology vendors would be highly beneficial.
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential. You will be confident working across multiple teams, managing priorities and translating technical concepts into clear business value. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills are required, along with a proactive, analytical and collaborative approach. A relevant professional qualification or demonstrable industry experience would be advantageous.
