Security Contract Delivery Professional
We are seeking a Security Contract Delivery Professional to support the successful delivery of contracted security services across a varied portfolio of sites and clients. This is a key role for an organised and commercially aware professional who can build strong relationships, maintain operational standards and ensure contractual commitments are consistently met.
You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, working closely with operational teams, clients and suppliers to ensure agreed requirements are fulfilled. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance against service level agreements, reviewing operational reports, coordinating staffing and resource requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
The role will involve regular site visits, client meetings and performance reviews. You will investigate incidents, complaints and service issues, ensuring that appropriate actions are agreed, documented and followed through. You will also support audits, risk assessments, compliance checks and the implementation of corrective measures, maintaining accurate records and providing clear management information.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across operations, commercial and support functions, you will help manage contract changes, contribute to business reviews and support the delivery of mobilisation or transition activity where required. You will be expected to promote a positive security culture and ensure that all activities are conducted in line with relevant legislation, industry standards, policies and contractual obligations.
The successful candidate will have experience in security contract management, service delivery or a comparable operational environment. You should be confident managing client relationships, interpreting performance data and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner. Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to prioritise competing demands and work independently.
A sound understanding of security operations, risk management, incident reporting and health and safety requirements is expected. Experience of working with key performance indicators, service level agreements and formal reporting processes would be advantageous. Relevant security qualifications, a recognised management qualification or membership of a professional body would be welcomed. The role may require regular travel between sites and a flexible approach to working hours.
