Cyber Resilience Analyst
We are seeking a Cyber Resilience Analyst to help strengthen the organisation’s ability to prepare for, withstand, respond to and recover from cyber incidents. You will work across technology, risk, security and operational teams to assess resilience capabilities, identify vulnerabilities and support practical improvements that protect critical services and information. This is an opportunity to contribute to a proactive cyber resilience programme in a collaborative and continually evolving environment.
Your responsibilities will include conducting cyber resilience assessments, business impact analyses and reviews of recovery capabilities; maintaining accurate documentation for critical systems, dependencies, risks and controls; and supporting the development, testing and continuous improvement of incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You will help coordinate scenario-based exercises, record lessons learned and track remediation actions through to completion. The role will also involve analysing security and resilience metrics, preparing clear reports for technical and senior stakeholders, monitoring relevant threats and industry developments, and advising teams on appropriate risk mitigation measures. You may support incident response activities when required, including investigation, communications, recovery coordination and post-incident reviews.
Applicants should have experience in cyber security, IT risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management or a related discipline, with a good understanding of security principles, operational resilience and risk management frameworks. Familiarity with recognised standards and practices such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST or COBIT is desirable. You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business actions. Experience using governance, risk or compliance tools, documenting processes and working with cross-functional stakeholders would be advantageous. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are welcome, alongside a curious, organised and collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
