This senior leadership role will be responsible for strengthening cyber resilience, protecting critical services and information assets, and ensuring that security is embedded across business operations, technology and change programmes. You will provide strategic direction, expert advice and effective governance while working closely with executive stakeholders and senior leaders across the organisation.

You will provide clear reporting on risk, resilience and performance to senior governance forums and support effective decision-making during significant incidents.
The successful candidate will bring substantial leadership experience in cybersecurity, cyber resilience, information security or a related discipline, ideally gained within a complex, regulated or internationally connected environment. You will have a strong understanding of security frameworks, threat management, business continuity, disaster recovery, identity and access management, vulnerability management and security operations. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, together with the ability to translate technical and emerging cyber risks into clear business priorities. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA or equivalent, are desirable. You will be a collaborative, decisive and commercially aware leader, capable of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of security, accountability and resilience across the UK and Ireland.
