Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to lead the development and delivery of a mature, intelligence-led approach to cyber defence. In this role, you will manage the collection, analysis and dissemination of actionable intelligence relating to current and emerging cyber threats. You will work closely with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, engineering, risk and business stakeholders to ensure intelligence supports effective decision-making and strengthens organisational resilience.
Your responsibilities will include setting the cyber threat intelligence strategy, maintaining intelligence requirements and overseeing the production of strategic, operational and tactical assessments. You will monitor threat actors, campaigns, malware, vulnerabilities and geopolitical developments, translating complex technical information into clear and relevant insights for both technical and senior audiences. You will lead the assessment of indicators of compromise, support incident investigations and proactively identify threats to critical systems, technologies and business services. The role will also involve managing intelligence platforms and sources, developing collection plans, improving analytical processes and establishing meaningful metrics to demonstrate impact. You will build trusted relationships with external intelligence providers, industry groups, government bodies and peer organisations, sharing information appropriately and responsibly.
Applicants should have substantial experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, incident response or a related discipline, with proven experience leading analysts or managing an intelligence function. You will bring strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks, the cyber attack lifecycle, adversary tactics, techniques and procedures, and common intelligence sources and tools. Experience with intelligence platforms, SIEM technologies, threat modelling and automation is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands and explain risk in clear business terms. Relevant professional certifications or formal training in cybersecurity, intelligence analysis or a related field would be advantageous. This is an opportunity to shape a proactive intelligence capability and help drive informed, risk-based security decisions across a complex environment.
