An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity and Access Management Product Lead to shape and deliver a modern, secure and user-focused identity capability. You will define the product vision, roadmap and priorities for identity and access management services, ensuring they support business objectives, regulatory obligations and evolving security requirements.
Working closely with cyber security, technology, risk, compliance and operational teams, you will lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and service design through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. You will translate complex business and technical needs into clear product requirements, maintain a prioritised backlog and ensure that initiatives deliver measurable value. You will also establish effective governance, reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, service performance and customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing capabilities such as identity lifecycle management, joiner, mover and leaver processes, access requests and approvals, role-based access control, privileged access management, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and access reviews. You will champion automation, standardisation and self-service, while ensuring that solutions are resilient, intuitive and aligned with security-by-design principles. A key part of the role will be building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, influencing decisions and communicating complex matters clearly to a range of audiences.
You will bring proven experience leading identity and access management products or services within a complex technology environment. You should have a strong understanding of IAM principles, security controls, governance and relevant regulatory expectations, together with experience of agile product management, roadmap development and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
