We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex information security initiatives across a global technology environment in London. This role will be responsible for driving programmes that strengthen security capabilities, improve operational resilience and support the delivery of strategic risk and compliance objectives. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, privacy, legal, risk and business teams to establish clear priorities, coordinate delivery and ensure that security considerations are embedded throughout the organisation.

You will define programme scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies and success measures, while managing delivery from planning through to implementation and review. Responsibilities will include maintaining integrated roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking budgets and resources, preparing concise updates for senior stakeholders, and resolving issues that could affect timelines or outcomes. You will also support security governance activities, including audit readiness, control implementation, incident-related improvement programmes, vulnerability reduction, identity and access management, third-party risk and regulatory initiatives. A key part of the role will be translating highly technical information into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience managing large-scale technical programmes, ideally within information security, cyber security, technology risk or a closely related discipline. You will have a strong understanding of security principles, governance frameworks, risk management and modern technology environments, together with experience working across distributed, multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the confidence to influence senior leaders and drive accountability without relying solely on formal authority. Experience with agile delivery methods, project management tooling, security certifications or recognised programme management qualifications would be advantageous. The role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact security programmes, improve organisational maturity and make a measurable contribution to protecting people, systems and data.
