We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Security Infrastructure Administrator to manage, secure and continuously improve a modern cloud and hybrid technology environment. This role will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 services, identity platforms, endpoint technologies and core security controls, ensuring systems are reliable, compliant and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to deliver effective solutions and provide a high standard of technical support.

Key responsibilities include administering Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive; managing user accounts, groups, permissions, licensing and conditional access policies; and supporting endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and related security tools. You will monitor and respond to security alerts, investigate incidents, maintain endpoint protection, support vulnerability remediation and contribute to identity and access management practices. The role will also involve maintaining technical documentation, developing standards and procedures, supporting audits, managing service changes and ensuring robust backup, recovery and business continuity arrangements.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based infrastructure, with a sound understanding of Microsoft security technologies, networking, Windows environments and systems administration. Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, monitoring, incident response and security frameworks would be highly beneficial. You should be analytical, organised and confident troubleshooting complex technical issues, while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as those covering Microsoft 365, Azure, security or identity administration, are desirable. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position.

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Security Infrastructure Administrator to manage, maintain and continuously improve a secure, reliable and modern cloud-based technology environment. This role will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 services, identity and access platforms, endpoint technologies and core security controls. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure systems are resilient, compliant and aligned with business needs.

The role will also involve implementing improvements through automation, scripting and policy optimisation, as well as assisting with infrastructure projects, migrations and service reviews.

The successful candidate will have proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud identity environments, together with a strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and endpoint management. Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Intune, Entra ID, PowerShell, multi-factor authentication, conditional access and data protection principles is highly desirable. You should be comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues, analysing logs and alerts, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous. A proactive, methodical approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security, service availability and user support are essential.
