We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a major cyber security transformation programme in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening security capabilities, improving technology governance and enabling the delivery of strategic change across a complex organisation. You will work closely with cyber security, technology, risk, compliance and business stakeholders to understand current challenges, define future-state requirements and translate them into practical, prioritised solutions.

Your responsibilities will include analysing existing security processes, controls, systems and operating models; gathering, documenting and validating business and technical requirements; and producing clear artefacts such as process maps, user stories, functional specifications, data flows and acceptance criteria. You will facilitate workshops, support impact assessments, identify dependencies and risks, and help teams evaluate potential solutions. You will also contribute to programme planning, testing and implementation, ensuring that changes are delivered effectively and aligned with security, regulatory and business objectives. The role will involve monitoring progress, resolving issues and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

We are looking for proven experience as a Business Analyst working on cyber security, technology risk, IT transformation or similarly complex change programmes. You should have a strong understanding of areas such as identity and access management, security operations, vulnerability management, data protection, cloud security or governance and compliance. Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies, requirements management tools and process modelling techniques is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical and written communication skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and influence decisions in a challenging environment. Relevant business analysis, cyber security or project delivery qualifications would be advantageous.
