We are seeking a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen security, privacy, resilience and risk management across a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, product, legal, compliance and business teams to define strategic priorities, translate security objectives into actionable programmes, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent programme leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities will include managing multiple security programmes from strategy and planning through execution, tracking dependencies, risks, milestones, budgets and benefits. You will establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms and reporting mechanisms; coordinate responses to audits, assessments and regulatory requirements; and support initiatives involving cloud security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident readiness, application security, data protection and security engineering. You will identify delivery challenges, facilitate effective decision-making, communicate progress to senior leaders and ensure that complex technical information is clearly presented to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also help define success measures, improve programme processes and promote consistent security practices across teams.

The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering technical programmes in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk or a related field, ideally within a large or rapidly scaling organisation. You should be comfortable working with engineering and security teams, managing ambiguity and driving progress without relying solely on formal authority. Strong project planning, risk management, written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with recognised security frameworks, regulatory environments, cloud technologies, security operations or enterprise transformation programmes would be advantageous. Relevant qualifications in programme management, cybersecurity or technology are welcome, along with a practical, collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
