You will be an effective communicator who can explain complex technical risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative leadership style, sound judgement, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing operational demands with long-term improvement and will demonstrate a commitment to developing people, strengthening security maturity and protecting critical information and services.
