You will help organisations identify, understand and reduce their exposure to real-world cyber threats by combining technical expertise, creative thinking and strong communication skills.

Depending on seniority, responsibilities will include planning and conducting red team operations, adversary simulations, penetration tests and physical or social engineering assessments. You will be expected to develop realistic attack scenarios, perform reconnaissance, exploit weaknesses, demonstrate business impact and produce clear, evidence-based reports. You may also support incident response exercises, threat-led testing and the development of defensive improvements.

At Managing level, you will lead engagements, coach consultants, manage delivery quality and contribute to resource planning, client relationships and the growth of the practice. Principal and Executive Principal consultants will provide technical and strategic direction, shape complex programmes, advise senior stakeholders and contribute to propositions, methodologies and business development. Senior candidates may also take responsibility for mentoring, hiring and developing specialist capability across the team.

Applicants should have substantial experience in offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing or a closely related discipline, with a strong understanding of attack methodologies, security controls and threat actor behaviour. Practical experience across areas such as network, web application, cloud, identity, endpoint, wireless, physical or human-focused testing is highly desirable. Relevant professional certifications and demonstrable technical research are advantageous.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires discretion, professionalism, curiosity and a collaborative approach, together with the confidence to work independently in high-trust environments. Occasional travel may be required, and candidates must be eligible to undergo appropriate background screening.
