Senior Red Team Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Red Team Analyst to plan and execute realistic, intelligence-led adversary simulations that assess the resilience of critical systems, applications, networks, and personnel. You will work across technical and business environments to identify exploitable weaknesses, challenge defensive assumptions, and demonstrate the potential impact of sophisticated attacks. The role requires a thoughtful, ethical, and methodical approach, with a strong focus on improving security outcomes rather than simply identifying vulnerabilities.
Key responsibilities include developing red team strategies, rules of engagement, and detailed test plans; conducting authorized penetration tests, social engineering exercises, assumed-breach scenarios, and physical security assessments; and using commercial and open-source tooling to emulate relevant threat actors. You will research adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures, maintain operational security throughout engagements, and adapt campaigns in response to defensive activity. You will also collaborate with blue teams and security operations functions to validate detection and response capabilities, safely manage evidence, and ensure testing remains within agreed legal and ethical boundaries.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security, along with a strong understanding of attack paths, identity and access management, cloud environments, endpoint technologies, network security, and common application weaknesses. Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is desirable, as is familiarity with frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK and established penetration-testing methodologies. Strong report-writing and communication skills are essential, including the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and translate them into practical remediation actions. Relevant professional certifications, such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GPEN, or equivalent experience, are advantageous. You should demonstrate sound judgement, curiosity, discretion, and a commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
