Key responsibilities will include identifying important business services, mapping supporting systems and dependencies, and assessing resilience across people, processes, technology, suppliers and facilities. You will contribute to impact tolerances, scenario testing, recovery planning and the maintenance of accurate resilience documentation. You will also help assess cyber threats and vulnerabilities, interpret technical risks, and recommend proportionate controls and remediation activities.

The role will involve planning and coordinating simulations, exercises and live incident response activities, documenting outcomes and tracking actions through to completion. You will also prepare clear reports, dashboards and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies and areas requiring management attention.

Applicants should have experience in operational resilience, cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, technology risk or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in cyber security, operational resilience, business continuity, risk management or service management are desirable.

This is an opportunity to make a practical contribution to the resilience of essential services while working in a collaborative and evolving environment. Flexible working arrangements may be available, subject to role requirements.
