We are seeking a Senior IT Support & Endpoint Security Engineer to provide expert technical support and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient workplace technology environment. This role will combine hands-on troubleshooting with endpoint administration, security operations, and continuous improvement. You will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, supporting users across a range of devices, operating systems, applications, and cloud-based services.

Key responsibilities will include managing and securing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints throughout their lifecycle; administering endpoint management, identity, access, and security platforms; and monitoring device compliance, vulnerabilities, and security alerts. You will investigate and resolve escalated incidents, implement security controls such as encryption, patching, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint detection, and contribute to incident response activities when required. The role will also involve onboarding and offboarding users, maintaining accurate asset and configuration records, developing technical documentation, and identifying opportunities to automate routine support and security processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver dependable IT services and support audits, risk assessments, and policy improvements.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in IT support, endpoint engineering, or a closely related role, with a strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, cloud productivity platforms, networking fundamentals, and modern identity management. Experience with endpoint management and security tools, scripting or automation—particularly PowerShell—and IT service management practices would be highly advantageous. You should be an analytical and methodical problem-solver who can prioritise effectively, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and take ownership of issues from investigation through to resolution. A proactive approach to security, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive user experience are essential.
