We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant, Cyber Strategy & Transformation to support clients in strengthening their cybersecurity capabilities, managing risk and enabling secure business growth. You will work with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, assess current security maturity and develop practical, sustainable transformation plans. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of engagements across cyber strategy, governance, operating models, risk management and technology transformation.

Responsibilities will include conducting cybersecurity maturity assessments, developing target operating models, policies and roadmaps, and supporting the design and implementation of cyber transformation programmes. You will analyse business and technology risks, define appropriate controls, and help clients align security initiatives with regulatory, commercial and operational requirements. You may also support incident readiness, third-party risk, identity and access management, cloud security, data protection and resilience initiatives. The role involves preparing high-quality reports and presentations, facilitating workshops, managing project activities and communicating recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. At Senior Consultant level, you will also be expected to lead workstreams, coach junior colleagues and contribute to account development and proposal activities.

Applicants should have experience in cybersecurity consulting, technology risk, information security, digital transformation or a related field, with a strong understanding of cyber risk and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS or COBIT. Experience developing security strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps or governance frameworks is highly desirable. Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or equivalent, are advantageous.
