We are seeking a Product Security Incident Response Programme Manager (m/f/d) to lead the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of our response to product security incidents. In this role, you will help protect customers, products and services by ensuring that security vulnerabilities and incidents are assessed, managed and resolved efficiently across a complex, international environment.

You will own and develop the product security incident response framework, including policies, processes, playbooks, escalation paths and communication procedures. Working closely with product security, engineering, software development, legal, communications, privacy and customer-facing teams, you will coordinate the end-to-end response to incidents, from initial triage and impact assessment through containment, remediation, disclosure and post-incident review.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating incident response exercises, maintaining clear roles and responsibilities, tracking actions and deadlines, and providing concise updates to senior stakeholders. You will establish meaningful metrics and reporting to identify trends, improve response performance and strengthen organisational resilience. You will also support vulnerability disclosure activities and help ensure that regulatory, contractual and customer notification requirements are understood and met.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in product security, cyber security incident response, programme management or a closely related field. You should be comfortable managing complex, high-pressure situations, bringing together stakeholders with different priorities and making sound decisions using incomplete information. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with incident response frameworks, vulnerability management, secure software development and security governance is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud environments, software products, data protection requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST would be advantageous. Professional certifications in cyber security, risk management or programme management are welcome but not essential.

This role offers the opportunity to shape a mature product security response capability, influence cross-functional practices and make a measurable contribution to customer trust and product resilience.
