Quality, Risk and Security
We are seeking an experienced Quality, Risk and Security professional to strengthen organisational assurance, improve operational resilience and support a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will provide expert advice across quality management, enterprise risk, information security and compliance, helping teams identify issues, manage obligations and deliver consistently high standards. This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of functions, influence decision-making and contribute to the development of practical, effective governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing quality, risk and security policies, procedures, registers and reporting arrangements; coordinating risk assessments, internal reviews, audits and assurance activities; monitoring regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements; and supporting the investigation, documentation and resolution of incidents, non-conformances and control weaknesses. You will work with stakeholders to develop proportionate mitigation and improvement plans, track actions through to completion, and prepare clear reports, analysis and recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums. The role will also contribute to security awareness, business continuity, data protection and information management initiatives, as well as reviewing processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and control.
Applicants should have relevant experience in quality assurance, risk management, governance, compliance, security or a related discipline, together with a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, audit principles and continuous improvement methods. Professional qualifications or recognised training in areas such as quality management, risk, information security, business continuity or data protection would be advantageous. You will be analytical, organised and confident working with sensitive information, with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly to varied audiences. Strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands are essential. A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence positive change, will be highly valued.
