We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead third-party risk management across a financial services environment and the wider extended enterprise. This is a strategic role for someone who can strengthen governance, improve resilience and provide clear oversight of suppliers, outsourcing arrangements, strategic partners and other external dependencies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across procurement, technology, information security, compliance, legal, operational resilience and business functions to ensure third-party relationships are managed in line with regulatory expectations and organisational risk appetite.

Your responsibilities will include developing and embedding the third-party risk management framework, policies, standards and procedures; overseeing due diligence, risk assessments, onboarding, ongoing monitoring and exit planning; and ensuring appropriate controls are applied throughout the supplier lifecycle. You will maintain effective management information and reporting for senior governance forums, identify emerging risks and trends, and provide constructive challenge where controls or remediation plans are insufficient. The role will also involve supporting regulatory engagements, audits, incident management, concentration risk assessments, business continuity planning and the management of material or critical third parties. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, promote a consistent risk culture and drive continuous improvement through enhanced processes, data and technology.

You will bring substantial experience in third-party risk, supplier risk, outsourcing, operational resilience or a closely related discipline within financial services or another highly regulated environment. You should have a strong understanding of relevant regulatory principles, risk management frameworks, control design and assurance, with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical actions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the confidence to influence senior leaders and work effectively across multiple functions. A commercially aware, analytical and pragmatic approach is required, together with experience leading change, managing competing priorities and delivering measurable improvements. Professional risk, audit, procurement, technology or related qualifications would be advantageous.
