We are seeking an experienced Threat Intelligence Lead to develop and guide a mature intelligence capability within a complex, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for turning a wide range of internal and external information into clear, actionable insight that supports security operations, risk management and strategic decision-making. Working closely with cyber defence, incident response, vulnerability management and senior stakeholders, you will help the organisation anticipate threats and strengthen its resilience against evolving attacks.

Your responsibilities will include setting the threat intelligence strategy, maintaining intelligence requirements and overseeing the collection, analysis and dissemination of relevant information. You will assess threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise and emerging trends, producing timely tactical, operational and strategic intelligence reports. You will also support incident investigations, threat hunting and detection engineering by providing context, prioritisation and actionable recommendations. The role will involve managing relationships with trusted industry, government and intelligence partners, as well as contributing to information-sharing communities. You will establish appropriate processes, quality standards and performance measures, ensuring intelligence products are accurate, useful and aligned with business priorities.

Applicants should have substantial experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, incident response or a closely related discipline, together with a strong understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques and procedures. You should be confident analysing technical and non-technical information, identifying patterns and communicating complex findings clearly to both specialist and executive audiences. Experience with intelligence platforms, security monitoring tools, malware analysis, open-source intelligence and recognised frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK is desirable. Strong stakeholder management, leadership and mentoring skills are essential, along with sound judgement, curiosity and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment. Relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.
