We are seeking an experienced OT Endpoint Protection Specialist to help secure operational technology environments across critical industrial and infrastructure settings. This role will focus on protecting endpoint devices, maintaining robust security controls and supporting the safe, reliable operation of systems that underpin essential services.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining endpoint protection across OT environments, including industrial workstations, servers, engineering stations, operator consoles and other specialised devices. Duties will include configuring and managing antivirus, application control, host-based intrusion prevention, device control and vulnerability management solutions, while ensuring that security measures are appropriate for operational requirements and system availability.

Working closely with OT engineering, infrastructure, network operations and cybersecurity teams, you will investigate alerts, coordinate incident response and support the containment and remediation of endpoint-related threats. You will also contribute to security monitoring, threat hunting, malware analysis, patch assessment and the development of processes for securely onboarding, hardening and decommissioning OT assets.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate asset and configuration records, produce technical documentation and contribute to risk assessments, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help define and enforce endpoint security standards, develop operating procedures and provide guidance on balancing cyber security controls with the safety, performance and availability requirements of industrial systems.

You should have demonstrable experience in endpoint security, cyber security operations or OT environments, together with a sound understanding of industrial control systems, network segmentation, secure configuration and incident management. Experience with endpoint detection and response, security information and event management platforms, vulnerability scanners and recognised OT security frameworks such as IEC 62443 or NIST is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential. The role may involve working across multiple sites, supporting out-of-hours incident response and operating within regulated or safety-critical environments. Relevant professional certifications in cyber security, networking or industrial control systems would be advantageous.
