Manager, Cyber and Technology Resilience - Financial Services & Corps
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Cyber and Technology Resilience to support financial services and corporate clients in strengthening their ability to anticipate, withstand and recover from cyber incidents, technology failures and wider operational disruption. This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across a range of complex environments, helping organisations understand their resilience position and develop practical, proportionate improvements.
You will lead and contribute to engagements covering cyber resilience, technology risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response and crisis management. Responsibilities will include assessing current capabilities against regulatory expectations and recognised frameworks; developing and testing resilience strategies, policies and operating models; conducting threat, impact and risk assessments; and supporting clients through scenario exercises, lessons-learned reviews and remediation planning. You will be expected to manage workstreams and project delivery, produce clear reports and recommendations, and present findings to executive and board-level audiences. The role will also involve coaching colleagues, supporting business development, preparing proposals and maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivery partners.
Applicants should have significant experience in cyber security, technology resilience, operational resilience, technology risk or a closely related discipline, gained within professional services, financial services, regulated organisations or complex corporate environments. You will bring a strong understanding of relevant regulations, standards and frameworks, such as the UK operational resilience regime, ISO 27001, NIST or COBIT, together with practical experience of applying them. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical and regulatory matters into clear business outcomes. A relevant professional qualification or certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCI, MBCI or equivalent, would be advantageous. You should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
