As Security Culture and Awareness Manager (m/w/d), you will play a central role in strengthening security awareness and responsible behaviour across the organisation. You will develop and implement a forward-looking security culture strategy that supports employees in recognising risks, making informed decisions and integrating secure practices into their daily work. Working closely with Information Security, IT, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal and internal communications teams, you will ensure that security is understood as a shared responsibility at every level.

Your responsibilities will include creating and managing engaging awareness campaigns, training programmes, workshops and communication formats for different audiences, from new starters to senior leaders and specialised technical teams. You will coordinate mandatory security training, maintain relevant learning content and identify opportunities to improve participation and knowledge retention. Using surveys, assessments, behavioural indicators and other metrics, you will evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, report on progress to stakeholders and continuously refine the programme. You will also support the development of phishing simulations, incident-related communications and targeted interventions based on emerging threats, organisational changes and identified areas of risk.

You bring several years of experience in security awareness, security culture, information security, risk management, learning and development, or a comparable field. A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, social engineering, data protection and common human-related security risks is essential. You are an excellent communicator who can explain complex topics clearly, adapt messages to varied audiences and build trusted relationships across departments. Experience with awareness platforms, learning management systems, campaign analytics or behaviour-change programmes is advantageous. You work independently and pragmatically, have strong organisational skills and enjoy developing creative, accessible content. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are welcome. A proactive mindset, discretion and a genuine interest in helping people work securely will be key to your success.
