You will work collaboratively with various departments to promote a culture of security awareness and ensure that cybersecurity policies and best practices are understood and adhered to across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering training sessions, creating engaging content, and utilizing various communication channels to enhance overall cybersecurity literacy among staff.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity education and training, with a deep understanding of current cyber threats and trends. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback, constantly refining and enhancing the programs based on employee needs. Additionally, you will coordinate with IT teams to ensure that security protocols are integrated into daily operations and will serve as a point of contact for cybersecurity-related inquiries. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and relatable manner are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness training or a related field is required.
