Analyst, Cyber In-line PMO

We are seeking an Analyst, Cyber In-line PMO to support the effective planning, coordination and delivery of a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives. Working closely with project managers, cyber security specialists, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that projects are managed consistently, risks are identified early and key commitments remain on track. This is an opportunity to develop broad experience across cyber programme management, governance, reporting and operational change within a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers and milestone reporting; coordinating governance meetings, preparing agendas and papers, recording decisions, and following up on actions; and producing accurate status updates for senior stakeholders. You will support financial and resource tracking, monitor dependencies across projects, assist with benefits and outcome reporting, and help ensure delivery activities align with agreed controls, policies and standards. You may also contribute to improving PMO processes, templates and reporting tools, while supporting assurance, audit and compliance activities where required.

The successful candidate will have experience in a project, programme or PMO environment, ideally within cybersecurity, technology, risk, change or a similarly regulated setting. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret information, identify issues and communicate clear, concise updates. You should be comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools, spreadsheets and presentation software, and capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach, sound judgement, resilience and a willingness to learn are important. Qualifications or practical experience in project delivery, PMO, Agile, IT service management, cyber security or risk management would be advantageous.
