We are seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to lead the development and delivery of actionable intelligence that strengthens organisational resilience against evolving cyber threats. In this role, you will manage a team of intelligence professionals and oversee the collection, analysis and dissemination of information relating to threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities and emerging risks. You will translate complex technical findings into clear assessments and recommendations for security operations, technology teams, senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include setting the cyber threat intelligence strategy, defining intelligence requirements and maintaining effective processes for strategic, operational and tactical reporting. You will coordinate intelligence gathering from open-source, commercial, internal and industry sources, ensuring information is assessed for reliability, relevance and impact. You will work closely with incident response, security engineering, vulnerability management, fraud, risk and governance teams to support investigations, improve detection capabilities and inform mitigation priorities. You will also monitor geopolitical, sector-specific and technology-related developments, identify potential business impacts and brief stakeholders on significant threats. The role will involve developing dashboards, written assessments, executive briefings and intelligence-led metrics, as well as managing external relationships with trusted partners and information-sharing communities.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in cyber threat intelligence, security analysis or a closely related discipline, including experience leading or mentoring an intelligence team. You will possess strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks, analytical methodologies, the cyber kill chain, MITRE ATT&CK and common attacker tactics, techniques and procedures. Experience with intelligence platforms, SIEM technologies, threat hunting and automation tools is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, together with the ability to explain technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences. A structured, inquisitive and collaborative approach is required, along with sound judgement, discretion and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-changing environment. Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in cybersecurity, intelligence or risk management would be advantageous.
