Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Lead - Senior Manager
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Lead - Senior Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our threat intelligence capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to a dynamic cyber threat landscape. Your primary focus will be to deliver actionable intelligence to inform and strengthen our security posture, guiding stakeholders through threat briefings, risk assessments, and incident response support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining threat intelligence processes, integrating intelligence feeds, and enhancing automation for improved detection and response.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cyber threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), as well as experience with intelligence platforms and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. You will collaborate closely with security operations, risk, and technology teams to inform strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing intelligence collection and analysis, producing timely and relevant reports, and engaging with internal and external partners to share intelligence and best practices. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering an environment of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or a related field, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a track record of delivering high-impact intelligence in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC) and experience with threat intelligence tools are highly desirable.
