We are seeking a Security Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of security-related projects across the European region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and specialist teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities include defining project objectives, scope, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements; maintaining project plans, risk registers, action logs, and governance documentation; and providing clear progress updates to senior stakeholders. The role may also involve supporting security assessments, coordinating audits, developing procedures, overseeing supplier performance, and ensuring that projects comply with relevant European legislation, industry standards, and internal policies. Occasional travel within Europe may be required.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing security, risk, compliance, technology, or operational projects in a complex, multi-country environment. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, together with the ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into practical actions. Experience with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is desirable. Professional qualifications in project management, security, risk, or information security would be advantageous. You should be analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and sound professional judgement.
