IAM Consultant (CyberArk)
We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant (CyberArk) to support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of privileged access management solutions. You will work with technical teams, security stakeholders and business users to strengthen identity controls, reduce cyber risk and ensure secure, efficient access to critical systems. This role would suit someone with strong practical CyberArk expertise who can operate confidently across consulting, engineering and operational environments.
Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, analysing existing privileged access processes and translating business and security needs into effective technical solutions. You will configure, administer and support CyberArk components, including the Digital Vault, Central Policy Manager, Password Vault Web Access, Privileged Session Manager and related integrations. You will onboard privileged accounts, develop and maintain security policies, manage access workflows, support session monitoring and recording, and troubleshoot incidents or platform issues. You will also contribute to solution design, upgrades, patching, system hardening, service improvements and the production of clear technical documentation. Where required, you will assist with integrations involving directories, applications, databases, infrastructure platforms and security monitoring tools.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments, along with a sound understanding of identity and access management, privileged account security and information security principles. Experience with CyberArk implementations, upgrades, integrations and operational support is essential. Knowledge of authentication technologies, Active Directory, networking, scripting or automation, and common security frameworks would be advantageous. You should be comfortable investigating technical problems, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant CyberArk certification, IAM qualifications or comparable professional experience would be desirable. A proactive, analytical approach and a commitment to secure-by-design practices are essential.
