We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IAM Graduate to join a growing identity and access management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical experience in cybersecurity, access governance and technology risk while working alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to the delivery and ongoing improvement of identity services that help protect systems, applications and information.

In this role, you will support the administration and maintenance of user accounts, roles, permissions and access reviews across a range of platforms. Your responsibilities will include assisting with joiner, mover and leaver processes; responding to access-related requests and incidents; investigating and resolving issues; maintaining accurate records; and helping to monitor compliance with security policies and internal controls. You will also contribute to access recertification campaigns, segregation-of-duties checks, process documentation, reporting and the development of more efficient and automated ways of working. The role may involve collaboration with IT, information security, HR, risk and business teams, providing opportunities to build a broad understanding of identity management.

Applicants should have, or be expecting to achieve, a degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, mathematics or a related discipline. You will need strong analytical and organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues. An interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, directory services, authentication or access governance is desirable. Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, scripting or service management tools would be advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided. We are seeking someone who is curious, dependable and willing to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage priorities effectively. Eligibility to work in the advertised location and completion of any required background screening will be necessary.
