We are seeking an Identity, Authentication, Authorization & Governance Senior Analyst to strengthen enterprise-wide access management and information security practices. In this role, you will help design, implement and continuously improve identity and access management processes across a complex technology environment. You will provide expert guidance on authentication, authorization, privileged access, role-based access control, identity lifecycle management and governance, ensuring that access is appropriate, auditable and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include analysing access requirements, reviewing and improving identity governance processes, supporting access certifications and segregation-of-duties controls, and investigating complex access or authentication issues. You will contribute to the development of policies, standards, procedures and control frameworks, while partnering with security, infrastructure, application, risk and compliance teams. The role will also involve monitoring control effectiveness, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, preparing management reports, supporting audits, and contributing to projects involving access platforms, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, directory services and privileged access management. You will act as a subject matter expert and may provide technical direction or mentoring to colleagues.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, security governance or a closely related discipline. You will bring strong knowledge of authentication protocols, authorization models, identity lifecycle processes, access review methodologies and security control principles. Experience with identity governance or access management platforms, directory technologies, cloud environments and privileged access solutions is highly desirable. Relevant professional certifications in security, identity management, audit or risk will be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with the ability to translate technical risks into practical recommendations. You should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across technical and business teams.
