We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of security platforms in a hybrid or remote working environment. This role will shape products that help protect users, systems and data while enabling secure, efficient digital experiences across the organisation. You will own the product vision and roadmap, translate security and business needs into prioritised initiatives, and ensure that platform capabilities deliver measurable value.

Working closely with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, risk, compliance, operations and user experience teams, you will define product requirements, manage the backlog and oversee delivery from discovery through launch and optimisation. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analysing customer and stakeholder insights, identifying opportunities to improve security controls and usability, developing business cases, setting success measures, and communicating progress to senior stakeholders. You will also monitor product performance, adoption, incidents and emerging threats, using data and feedback to guide decisions and continuously enhance the platform portfolio.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in digital product management, ideally within cybersecurity, identity and access management, fraud prevention, cloud security, infrastructure protection or another technology-focused environment. You will be confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, balancing user needs, security requirements, regulatory obligations and commercial priorities. Strong skills in product discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, prioritisation and outcome-based measurement are essential. Experience managing complex platforms, APIs or enterprise products, together with an understanding of security principles, risk management and relevant compliance frameworks, would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the independence and organisation to succeed in a distributed working model.
