We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead cybersecurity product strategy, development, and delivery across a growing portfolio of security solutions. This role will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, identifying emerging market opportunities, and ensuring that products address evolving cyber threats, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with senior leadership to define business priorities and translate them into practical, scalable, and commercially viable cybersecurity offerings.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from market research and concept development through launch, adoption, continuous improvement, and retirement. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning product management, engineering, security operations, sales, marketing, risk, and compliance. The role will also involve establishing product governance, monitoring performance against business objectives, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved. You will engage with customers and strategic partners to gather insights, strengthen product positioning, and support the development of differentiated solutions. A strong focus on security-by-design, service quality, operational resilience, data protection, and compliance will be essential.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in cybersecurity, technology products, digital platforms, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading product portfolios and high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of cyber risk, threat management, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, or security monitoring will be highly valued. You should be commercially aware, customer-focused, and confident presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or product management are desirable.
