We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and evolution of a next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. This is a hybrid role for an experienced product leader who understands the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape and can translate complex customer and market needs into clear, commercially successful product outcomes. You will own the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation framework, ensuring the platform delivers effective threat detection, investigation, response and reporting capabilities for a wide range of customers.

You will work closely with engineering, design, research, threat intelligence, security operations, sales and marketing teams to define requirements and deliver an intuitive, scalable and reliable product. Responsibilities will include gathering insight through customer engagement and market analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation, developing business cases, writing clear product specifications and managing delivery from discovery through to launch. You will establish measurable success criteria, monitor adoption and performance, and use data and feedback to improve the product continuously. You will also communicate strategy and progress to senior stakeholders, helping to build alignment across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in product management, ideally within SIEM, security operations, cloud security, detection and response, or a closely related field. You will understand security analyst workflows, event and log management, threat detection, incident investigation and the challenges of operating at scale. Experience working with cloud-native platforms, data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence or machine learning would be advantageous. You should be comfortable balancing customer value, technical complexity, commercial priorities and regulatory considerations, while making informed decisions in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills are essential, alongside a pragmatic, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in improving cybersecurity outcomes.
