We are seeking a motivated Graduate SOC Analyst to join a security operations team and help protect critical systems, networks, and data. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop practical experience in a structured, collaborative environment. You will support the monitoring, investigation, and response to security events while building your knowledge of modern cyber defence technologies and processes.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring security information and event management (SIEM) platforms, reviewing alerts, assessing potential threats, and escalating incidents in accordance with established procedures. You will assist with investigating suspicious activity across endpoints, networks, cloud services, and applications, documenting findings clearly and maintaining accurate incident records. The role will also involve supporting vulnerability management, threat intelligence reviews, phishing investigations, security reporting, and continuous improvements to detection rules and operational procedures. You may contribute to incident response exercises, audit activities, and the development of security awareness materials.

Applicants should have a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline. A genuine interest in security operations and an understanding of core concepts such as networking, authentication, malware, vulnerabilities, and incident response are essential. Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, firewalls, scripting, or cloud security is advantageous, but full training will be provided. You should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn. The ability to work calmly under pressure, follow documented processes, protect confidential information, and participate in a rotating shift pattern where required will be important. Relevant certifications or practical projects, such as Security+, Network+, or experience using cybersecurity labs, are welcomed but not essential.
