You will contribute to risk-focused testing plans, coordinate review activities, and provide clear, evidence-based conclusions to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include performing and reviewing control testing, documenting procedures and results, identifying control gaps, and assessing the impact of exceptions. You will work with control owners to obtain supporting evidence, challenge responses where necessary, and agree practical remediation actions. The successful candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, internal controls, IT audit, or a related discipline, with a good understanding of areas such as identity and access management, vulnerability management, security operations, change management, data protection, incident response, and third-party risk. Experience applying frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, CIS Controls, or similar standards is desirable. You should be confident analysing evidence, writing clear findings, managing competing priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Professional qualifications in information security, audit, risk, or technology—such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent—are advantageous. Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, collaborative working skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
