Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will regularly present updates to stakeholders and collaborate with various teams to align on goals and expectations.

You should have a deep understanding of security technologies and the challenges faced by organizations in these areas. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant certifications are preferred.
