We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Identity Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing user identities and access across our organization, ensuring that security protocols are upheld and that user access is granted efficiently. You will work closely with IT teams, business units, and end-users to troubleshoot identity-related issues, support access requests, and maintain the integrity of our identity management systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing user accounts and permissions, performing regular audits of access rights, and providing technical support for identity-related queries. You will also assist in the implementation of identity management solutions, contribute to the development of identity governance policies, and participate in training sessions to educate staff on best practices for identity and access management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of identity management tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have a background in IT support, familiarity with identity and access management concepts, and experience with tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar platforms. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+ or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
