We are seeking a dedicated Okta Customer Identity Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity solutions using Okta’s Identity Cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity solutions into existing systems while enhancing user experience and security. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity management, including user provisioning, authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity and access management principles, as well as hands-on experience with Okta. Responsibilities include configuring Okta applications, managing user roles and permissions, and developing custom integrations as needed. You will also be tasked with conducting security assessments and implementing best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and training on identity solutions.
