We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Manager to oversee our Security Operations Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a team of security analysts and engineers, ensuring the effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents. You will develop and implement security policies and procedures, conduct threat analysis, and maintain incident response protocols to protect the organization’s digital assets. Your leadership will be essential in driving continuous improvement in security operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) tools, incident response methodologies, and threat intelligence. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining metrics to measure the effectiveness of the SOC, as well as conducting regular training and awareness sessions for your team. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive security posture across the organization and facilitate communication during security incidents.
To be successful in this role, you should hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, and have a proven track record in leading SOC operations.
