Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst to strengthen the organisation’s ability to understand, anticipate and respond to cyber threats. In this role, you will lead the collection, assessment and dissemination of strategic, operational and tactical intelligence relating to threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities and emerging attack techniques. You will transform complex technical information from internal and external sources into clear, actionable insights for security operations, incident response, risk management and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include monitoring the threat landscape, conducting all-source intelligence analysis, developing threat actor profiles and producing intelligence reports, alerts, briefings and executive updates. You will identify trends and indicators of compromise, assess potential business impact, support incident investigations and contribute to detection and prevention improvements. The role will also involve maintaining intelligence requirements, evaluating the reliability of sources, tracking geopolitical and sector-specific developments, and collaborating with security engineering, vulnerability management, fraud, privacy and wider risk teams. You may also represent the intelligence function in cross-functional working groups and external information-sharing communities.
Applicants should have substantial experience in cyber threat intelligence, security analysis, incident response or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of the threat intelligence lifecycle and common frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, the Cyber Kill Chain and the intelligence cycle. Experience analysing open-source, technical and dark-web intelligence, alongside familiarity with SIEM, EDR, TIP or related security platforms, is highly desirable. You should be comfortable investigating adversary behaviour, correlating disparate information and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment are essential. Relevant professional certifications or formal training in cyber security, intelligence analysis or digital forensics would be advantageous.
