We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst for a nine-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of identity and access management services across the organisation. You will help ensure that users have appropriate, timely and secure access to systems, applications and data, while contributing to strong governance, compliance and risk management practices.

Your responsibilities will include processing and reviewing joiner, mover and leaver requests; administering user accounts, groups, roles and permissions; supporting access certification and periodic entitlement reviews; and investigating access-related incidents and service requests. You will work closely with information security, technology, HR and business teams to validate access requirements, resolve issues and ensure that changes are properly authorised and documented. Where required, you will assist with identity lifecycle automation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and privileged access management activities.

Applicants should have practical experience in identity and access management, user administration or a related information security or technology support role. You will need a sound understanding of access control principles, least-privilege models, authentication methods and the importance of segregation of duties. Experience with IAM or directory platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint or similar technologies would be advantageous, as would familiarity with IT service management processes and audit requirements. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information responsibly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering secure, reliable and customer-focused outcomes are key to success in this contract role.
