We are seeking a highly skilled Staff SecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our security operations processes, ensuring the protection of our infrastructure and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while developing and enhancing our security incident response strategies. Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement of our security tools and practices, enabling us to effectively respond to emerging threats.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in security frameworks, incident management, and threat detection. You will be tasked with monitoring security alerts, conducting investigations, and performing root cause analyses of security incidents. Additionally, you will support the development of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training to enhance security awareness across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in information security, with hands-on experience in security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response. Proficiency in security tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions, is required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CEH), will be highly regarded.
