Excellent leadership skills are essential, as you will lead a team of security professionals and collaborate with executive leadership to drive a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA) are required, along with significant experience in a senior security role.
