Senior Security Engineer - Incident Response
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer specializing in Incident Response to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents across our infrastructure. You will lead investigations into security breaches, gather and analyze evidence, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing incident response plans, conducting post-incident reviews, and enhancing our overall security posture.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in incident response and threat hunting, along with a deep understanding of security frameworks and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain incident detection capabilities, continuously improve response protocols, and provide training to staff on security best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. A relevant degree and industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
