Consultant, Application Security Penetration Tester
We are seeking a skilled Consultant, Application Security Penetration Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments of web and mobile applications, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing actionable remediation strategies. You will utilize various penetration testing methodologies and tools to simulate real-world attacks, ensuring our applications are secured against potential threats. Your expertise will contribute to the development of security best practices and guidelines, enhancing the overall security posture of our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle. You will produce detailed reports outlining findings, risk levels, and recommendations for remediation, presenting these findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and industry standards to continuously improve testing techniques and methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, are essential for success in this position.
